Major Announcement

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Greer, SC — Don Louis announced today that he is seeking ballot access as an Independent candidate for U.S. Senate. Louis is not accepting or seeking campaign donations. He says the campaign is focused on restoring limits to political power rather than winning power itself.

“This campaign is not about left versus right. It is about citizens versus systems that no longer have limits,” said Louis. “Presidents have term limits. Governors have term limits. Congress does not — and that is the root of our dysfunction.”

The campaign platform calls for:

  • Term limits for Congress and federal judges

  • Elimination of pensions and special healthcare for elected officials

  • Automatic investigations for unexplained wealth accumulation while in office

  • An end to PAC influence

  • Strong data privacy protections

  • Legal immigration tied to workforce demand

Louis is currently collecting signatures from registered South Carolina voters to qualify for the general election ballot.

“I am not asking for money. I am asking for permission — permission from the people of South Carolina to appear on the ballot,” Louis said.
